ABOUT

Reconnecting With Pleasure is a one-on-one educational consultation that has been designed to empower women and non-binary vulva owners with evidence-based

sex education, tools and resources.

These consultations provide support for individuals experiencing sexual pain or dysfunction, as well as those seeking to rediscover and reconnect with their sexual health and pleasure following significant life transitions such as motherhood, menopause, or changes in relationships.

Many of us have missed out on a comprehensive, pleasure-inclusive sex education. This has created significant gaps in our understanding and appreciation of our own sexual health, anatomy, and pleasure. Additionally, it has contributed to unnecessary feelings of shame and taboo around our bodies and sexuality.

Bridging these gaps is crucial for optimal therapeutic results and for fostering empowered sexual experiences, especially as we navigate the complexities of pelvic pain and/or significant life transitions. Our program has been developed to complement your therapeutic journey and support therapeutic outcomes with your health providers.

YOUR EDUCATOR 

Abby Herrick is a qualified sex educator, a mum of two fabulous daughters, and founder of Pleasure & Peach. After graduating with a Bachelor of Psychology with a focus in Sexology in 2016, she has been working to help empower women through evidence-based education, tools and resources to live a fulfilling sex life free from pain, shame and stigma.

• We do not diagnose or treat conditions: Our focus is on education, not medical or psychological treatment.

Cancellations - We understand that your circumstances may change. Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance will receive a 100% refund.
